CANCELLATION AND RETURNS :-

CANCELLATION

 “We respect your change in mind Cancellation Policy”

  • In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at info.dipyourtoes@gmail.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
  • If we receive your cancellation request before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount (except the transaction taxes) to you within 7 working days of receiving your request.


RETURNS

 

  • You're liable to exchange if:

          I. The product doesn't fit you.
          II. The product is damaged.

  • IMPORTANT: Items must be new and in unworn condition, as well as being in their original packaging. 
  • Returns with signs of use will be rejected. 
  • We cannot make full refunds on sale items. Sale/clearance items returned to us can be exchanged or have store credit issued.
  • Returns must be made to the following address:
