Return Policy

• If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can exchange the same within 30 days for a different size or a *credit note.
• Free Pick Ups and Exchanges for orders in India.
• We DO NOT provide REFUNDS on any product sold.
• Item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
• Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

In case of the packaging being damaged at the time of delivery, we request you to kindly not accept the package and inform our customer care on whatsapp or drop us a mail at "updates@dipyourtoes.in" immediately of the same.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 30 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost "if applicable") will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a DIP YOUR TOES Credit Note: 

• Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page
• On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
• The discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your store credits.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Dipyourtoes.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
